Milwaukee median home prices rose by 25.9% in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Milwaukee rose by $24,550 while total sales increased by 19.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 938 homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,455 - a 25.9% increase over the $94,905 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 785 homes sold in Milwaukee in February 2020.

The median sales tax in Milwaukee for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,981, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
