West Milwaukee median home prices fell by 0.5% in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in West Milwaukee fell by $700 while total sales increased by 125%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $153,000 - a 0.5% decrease over the $153,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in West Milwaukee in January 2020.

The median sales tax in West Milwaukee for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,766, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for January 2021.
