September 2020: West Milwaukee experienced a 6.3% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in West Milwaukee fell by $8,600 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,400 - a 6.3% decrease over the $136,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in West Milwaukee in September 2019.
