April 2020: Glendale experienced a 9.5% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Glendale fell by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 17.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 9.5% decrease over the $210,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Glendale in April 2019.

The median sales tax in Glendale for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,414, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for April 2020.
