Home prices increased in Milwaukee during February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Milwaukee rose by $5,500 while total sales decreased by 10.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 785 homes sold, with a median sale price of $94,905 - a 6.2% increase over the $89,406 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 878 homes sold in Milwaukee in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Milwaukee for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,981, approximately 3.1% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
