Franklin median home prices rose by 4.1% in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Franklin rose by $9,900 while total sales increased by 14.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 4.1% increase over the $240,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Franklin in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Franklin for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,881, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
