Median home prices in West Milwaukee fell to $145,000 in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in West Milwaukee fell by $12,500 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 7.9% decrease over the $157,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in West Milwaukee in October 2018.

The median sales tax in West Milwaukee for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,766, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for October 2019.
