October 2019: Franklin experienced a 2.7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Franklin rose by $6,200 while total sales increased by 35.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 88 homes sold, with a median sale price of $233,500 - a 2.7% increase over the $227,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in Franklin in October 2018.

The median sales tax in Franklin for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,881, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for October 2019.
