Median home prices in Milwaukee rose to $113,500 in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Milwaukee rose by $11,500 while total sales increased by 16.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 1,198 homes sold, with a median sale price of $113,500 - a 11.3% increase over the $102,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,025 homes sold in Milwaukee in May 2018.
