Home prices decreased in Milwaukee during April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Milwaukee fell by $7,700 while total sales increased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 950 homes sold, with a median sale price of $96,050 - a 7.4% decrease over the $103,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 871 homes sold in Milwaukee in April 2018.
