Franklin median home prices rose by 20.8% in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Franklin rose by $42,800 while total sales increased by 21.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 89 homes sold, with a median sale price of $249,000 - a 20.8% increase over the $206,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 73 homes sold in Franklin in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Franklin for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,881, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for April 2019.
