South Milwaukee median home prices fell by 9.6% in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in South Milwaukee fell by $14,800 while total sales increased by 19.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 9.6% decrease over the $154,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in South Milwaukee in March 2018.

The median sales tax in South Milwaukee for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,049, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for March 2019.
