The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Milwaukee rose by $6,956 while total sales increased by 70.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 878 homes sold, with a median sale price of $89,406 - a 8.4% increase over the $82,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 516 homes sold in Milwaukee in February 2018.
