February 2019: West Milwaukee experienced a 9% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in West Milwaukee fell by $11,500 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $116,000 - a 9% decrease over the $127,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in West Milwaukee in February 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in West Milwaukee for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,766, approximately 3.2% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
