Pricing for the median home in Milwaukee increased during January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Milwaukee rose by $6,000 while total sales increased by 40.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 719 homes sold, with a median sale price of $96,000 - a 6.7% increase over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 512 homes sold in Milwaukee in January 2018.
