January 2019: Franklin experienced a 10.2% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Franklin rose by $21,841 while total sales decreased by 16.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,341 - a 10.2% increase over the $213,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Franklin in January 2018.

The median sales tax in Franklin for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,881, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for January 2019.
