Glendale home prices rose in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Glendale rose by $26,000 while total sales increased by 3.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $182,500 - a 16.6% increase over the $156,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Glendale in December 2017.
