The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Milwaukee rose by $24,750 while total sales increased by 79.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 944 homes sold, with a median sale price of $96,750 - a 34.4% increase over the $72,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 525 homes sold in Milwaukee in November 2017.
