October 2018: Greenfield experienced a 7.1% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Greenfield rose by $10,000 while total sales increased by 8.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 75 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 7.1% increase over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 69 homes sold in Greenfield in October 2017.
