Home prices increased in West Milwaukee during October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in West Milwaukee rose by $29,400 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $157,500 - a 23% increase over the $128,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in West Milwaukee in October 2017.
