Franklin home prices fell in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Franklin fell by $3,000 while total sales decreased by 14.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $221,300 - a 1.3% decrease over the $224,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Franklin in September 2017.

The median sales tax in Franklin for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,881, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for September 2018.
