The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Milwaukee rose by $20,000 while total sales increased by 98.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 1,199 homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 21.1% increase over the $95,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 605 homes sold in Milwaukee in August 2017.
