Home prices increased in Glendale during August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Glendale rose by $15,200 while total sales decreased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $192,000 - a 8.6% increase over the $176,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Glendale in August 2017.
