Median home prices in Milwaukee rose to $120,000 in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Milwaukee rose by $12,000 while total sales increased by 112.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 1,068 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 11.1% increase over the $108,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 502 homes sold in Milwaukee in July 2017.
