The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in South Milwaukee fell by $5,950 while total sales increased by 44.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,000 - a 4.4% decrease over the $134,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in South Milwaukee in July 2017.
