Franklin median home prices rose by 0.5% in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Franklin rose by $1,250 while total sales increased by 5.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 94 homes sold, with a median sale price of $241,250 - a 0.5% increase over the $240,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 89 homes sold in Franklin in July 2017.

The median sales tax in Franklin for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,881, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
