Franklin home prices fell in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Franklin fell by $6,300 while total sales increased by 14.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 73 homes sold, with a median sale price of $206,200 - a 3% decrease over the $212,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Franklin in April 2017.

The median sales tax in Franklin for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,881, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for April 2018.
