March 2018: Home prices in West Milwaukee fell

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in West Milwaukee fell by $40,950 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,650 - a 32.3% decrease over the $126,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in West Milwaukee in March 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in West Milwaukee for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,766, approximately 4.4% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
