Pricing for the median home in Milwaukee increased during March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Milwaukee rose by $12,800 while total sales increased by 35.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 715 homes sold, with a median sale price of $88,500 - a 16.9% increase over the $75,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 528 homes sold in Milwaukee in March 2017.

The median sales tax in Milwaukee for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,981, approximately 3.4% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
