South Milwaukee median home prices rose by 19.1% in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in South Milwaukee rose by $24,800 while total sales decreased by 12.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $154,800 - a 19.1% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in South Milwaukee in March 2017.

The median sales tax in South Milwaukee for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,049, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
