March 2018: Franklin experienced a 20.2% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Franklin rose by $38,400 while total sales decreased by 13%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $228,400 - a 20.2% increase over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 69 homes sold in Franklin in March 2017.

The median sales tax in Franklin for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,881, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
