Home prices increased in South Milwaukee during February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in South Milwaukee rose by $13,000 while total sales increased by 16%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $143,000 - a 10% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in South Milwaukee in February 2017.
