February 2018: Bayside experienced a 5.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Bayside rose by $14,100 while total sales decreased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 5.9% increase over the $240,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Bayside in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Bayside for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $8,279, approximately 3.2% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
