January 2018: South Milwaukee experienced a 10.8% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in South Milwaukee rose by $13,800 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,250 - a 10.8% increase over the $127,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in South Milwaukee in January 2017.
