October 2017: Milwaukee experienced a 3.1% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Milwaukee rose by $2,450 while total sales increased by 16.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 576 homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,550 - a 3.1% increase over the $80,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 495 homes sold in Milwaukee in October 2016.
