The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Milwaukee rose by $4,288 while total sales decreased by 5.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 510 homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,000 - a 4.9% increase over the $87,713 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 542 homes sold in Milwaukee in September 2016.
