September 2017: Franklin experienced a 0.8% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Franklin rose by $1,800 while total sales decreased by 18.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 74 homes sold, with a median sale price of $224,300 - a 0.8% increase over the $222,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 91 homes sold in Franklin in September 2016.

The median sales tax in Franklin for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,881, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for September 2017.
