Pricing for the median home in Milwaukee increased during August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Milwaukee rose by $3,000 while total sales increased by 10.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 605 homes sold, with a median sale price of $95,000 - a 3.3% increase over the $92,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 547 homes sold in Milwaukee in August 2016.
