The second half of 2021: West Milwaukee experienced a 18.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in West Milwaukee rose by $27,000 while total sales decreased by 9.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,000 - a 18.5% increase over the $146,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in West Milwaukee in the second half of 2020.
