The second half of 2021: Greendale experienced a 6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Greendale rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 5.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 206 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 6% increase over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 219 homes sold in Greendale in the second half of 2020.
