Median home prices in Franklin rose to $285,000 in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Franklin rose by $12,500 while total sales decreased by 4.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 555 homes sold, with a median sale price of $285,000 - a 4.6% increase over the $272,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 582 homes sold in Franklin in the second half of 2020.
