Median home prices in Deerfield rose to $295,000 in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Deerfield rose by $73,500 while total sales decreased by 2.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 33.2% increase over the $221,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Deerfield in the second half of 2020.
