Mount Horeb median home prices rose by 11.7% in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Mount Horeb rose by $32,850 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 110 homes sold, with a median sale price of $314,100 - a 11.7% increase over the $281,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 120 homes sold in Mount Horeb in the second half of 2020.
