How did home prices perform in Cross Plains during the second half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Cross Plains rose by $55,000 while total sales increased by 22.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,000 - a 21.2% increase over the $260,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Cross Plains in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Cross Plains for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $5,301, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
