Pricing for the median home in Shorewood Hills increased during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Shorewood Hills rose by $71,000 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $599,500 - a 13.4% increase over the $528,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Shorewood Hills in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Shorewood Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $12,309, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
