Pricing for the median home in Windsor increased during the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Windsor rose by $33,750 while total sales decreased by 7.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 116 homes sold, with a median sale price of $345,000 - a 10.8% increase over the $311,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 126 homes sold in Windsor in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Windsor for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $5,636, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
