The first half of 2021: Middleton experienced a 4.4% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Middleton rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 5.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 213 homes sold, with a median sale price of $352,400 - a 4.4% increase over the $337,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 225 homes sold in Middleton in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Middleton for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $6,898, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
