Blue Mounds home prices rose in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Blue Mounds rose by $27,000 while total sales increased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 16.1% increase over the $168,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Blue Mounds in the second half of 2019.
