Madison home prices rose in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Madison rose by $16,400 while total sales increased by 6.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 3,343 homes sold, with a median sale price of $282,000 - a 6.2% increase over the $265,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 3,147 homes sold in Madison in the second half of 2019.
