Pricing for the median home in Sun Prairie increased during the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Sun Prairie rose by $30,750 while total sales increased by 15.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 590 homes sold, with a median sale price of $286,250 - a 12% increase over the $255,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 510 homes sold in Sun Prairie in the second half of 2019.
